Due to the enormous success of the recently developed Mobile Musical Instrument Service, and the 48 and 24 hour service guarantees, Intensive Care Repair is proud to offer schools, bands and organization the On-Site Guarantee. This service guarantees same day, on-site woodwind and brass wind play condition repairs and maintenance services. If the service is not completed on the same day, it's FREE.*

*Services will be completed by 3:30pm on the day of the service call. Guarantee applies to a maximum of ten instruments. In the event that there are more than ten instruments they will be serviced in the order chosen by the music teacher.

Stop settling for overpriced case repairs performed with Hardware store latches, hinges and handles. Students don't want to play an instrument out of an ugly case anymore than they want to play an ugly instrument. Take advantage of ICR's Style Match Guarantee. We only use hardware that matches the original equipment so your cases are returned looking as good as new!

Style Match Guarantee only applies to major brands and is not included in the On-site Guarantee.

Most instruments are protected by a 30 day stability guarantee to ensure that your instrument was cared for properly. Intensive Care Repair will not guarantee the stability of a substandard or incomplete repair. We are bound by instrument quality and customer budget limitations. Therefore, the extensiveness of our actions rests finally on the shoulders of our customers.
